Located out of Anna Maria Island we explore some of the most beautiful waters around.  From Egmont Key and Ft Desoto to Longboat Key and Sarasota we have you covered with amazing fishing and beautiful views!

The Captain

Captain Mikey Perez

Captain Mikey Perez inherited his love for the sea from his father, Alex. Captain Mikey has called Anna Maria Island home for over 25 years. He loves to show his guests the waters he calls home and share his knowledge along the way. Captain Mikey is a United States Coast Guard certified captain.

Charter Rates

Inshore Fishing

Navigate Anna Maria Island and surrounding waters with Perez Outfitters on an inshore fishing charter. Depending on the season, target species may include Snook, Redfish, Trout, Sheepshead, Spanish Mackerel, and much more! Four (4) guest maximum.

1/2 Day

$475

This fishing charter is four (4) hours of service.

3/4 Day

$650

This fishing charter is six (6) hours of service.

Boating

Explore Anna Maria Island's waters with Perez Outfitters on a boating charter. Four (4) guest maximum.

Sandbar Excursion (1/2 Day)

$400

Enjoy a relaxing day at the sandbar of your choice. Options include Longboat Key, Egmont Key, or Fort DeSoto. This excursion is four (4) hours of service.

Sandbar Excursion (3/4 Day)

$575

Enjoy a relaxing day at the sandbar of your choice. Options include Longboat Key, Egmont Key, or Fort DeSoto. This excursion is six (6) hours of service.

Sunset Cruise

$175

Take a trip around Anna Maria Island at sunset. This charter is two (2) hours of service.

Sightseeing and Wildlife

$200

Take a trip around Anna Maria Island and explore its beauty and nature first hand. This charter is two (2) hours of service.

Payment is accepted by cash, credit card, PayPal, and Venmo. All charters are weather dependent, money back. If you need to cancel please give a 24hr notice. No deposit necessary.

  • A cooler is available on board for your use. Water is provided.
  • *All tackle, rods, reels, and live bait are included.
  • *All fishing licenses and stamps are included.
  • *Fish cleaning/filleting service is available.

  • Your camera, a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, boat shoes, food, and drinks.

  • Pickup for all trips is located on Anna Maria Island. The best pickup location will be coordinated with Captain Mikey according to where you are located for easy access.

The Boat

Captain Mikey runs a 19ft Boston Whaler Montauk. She was completely redone in 2022 and re-powered with a 2022 Suzuki 140BG Outboard. This boat will comfortably fish (3) and fit (4) guests with plenty of room left. SeaDek flooring throughout and a canvas Bimini Top with plenty of shade . Bluetooth Kicker Marine stereo system, phone chargers, and USB ports all available aboard for guest use. Come enjoy an awesome day on the water with Captain Mikey and experience the "REEL" side of Anna Maria!
